1. TO LEARN TO RELAX QUICKLY AND DEEPLY

DURING THE DAY

Knowing how to - quickly - relax loosens the grip of anxiety,

calms the mind and helps regain precious energy trapped

in our tense muscles.

2. TO WELCOME OUR EMOTIONS

We need to feel them, understand their message so we

can then gently ease them through and out of the body.

It's impossible to pour from an empty cup

This is a toughie for most of my clients because they are people who CARE DEEPLY

They want to contribute to making this world a better place but they often forget that, they too, need to be nourished and taken care of

WORK WITH ME

We Find Out What's Blocking You

what you need to overcome your difficulties.

Then

we agree on a plan of one-hour-sessions, typically between 3 to 7 sessions, to help you heal or achieve your goal

The Tools and Exercises you learn in a 60 min Session

will help you:

          ​​

  • Deeply relax, anywhere, anytime

  • Gain vital energy

  • Process your emotions gently 

  • Develop your self-esteem

  • Increase your capacity to focus

  • Deal with the challenges of life 

​

None of the exercises require any special level of fitness/ health

They are easy and can be done by everyone, including "seniors"

You do not need any special equipment nor gear

After each session, you get:​

  • A handout of the exercises with tips on how to use them in your daily life

  • An mp3 /mp4 recording of the session to support you in your personal training between sessions

In between  sessions​​

  • ​Just 10 min practice a day is all that's needed to continue your healing

STANDARD FEE

My standard fee for a 1 -Hour Session is $100

I offer a 7 Session package for $555

However, I don’t wish the money to be an obstacle 

That’s why I make my work available to everyone who genuinely feels it can help them but cannot pay the standard fee

You have the option of selecting how much you want to pay

 

Please remember I do this work for a living, have a family…and bills to pay

I trust your judgment about what represents a commitment on your part and respects your financial situation

No matter what you pay, you get exactly the same service
